Oxeland Group is leading the construction of the historic University Club of Milwaukee into Hotel Laureum, a 35-room luxury boutique hotel that blends timeless architecture with modern hospitality. The project includes full renovation of the six-story landmark, creation of new guest rooms, elevated dining and bar spaces, upgraded event areas, and comprehensive building-system modernization.
Working closely with the ownership and design teams, Oxeland Group is managing the complex restoration and construction effort with a focus on craftsmanship, preservation, and guest-experience excellence. Hotel Laureum will bring new life to an iconic Milwaukee property while honoring its architectural legacy.
