OXELAND was founded by Rich Severson and Chris Schmidt. OXELAND pays tribute to the hard work, time, stubbornness and relentless effort our team puts forth in all of our construction projects.
OXE, which is Swedish for ox, reflects the fundamental core values from which all our services are delivered by Endurance, Reliability, Collaboration and then merged with LAND to reflect our commitment to the stewardship of the earth.
