The project’s most significant undertaking was the complete removal and reconstruction of the second floor. Our team executed a full structural rebuild to support the venue’s new performance, hospitality, and technical infrastructure, ensuring long-term durability and exceptional acoustics. The renovation also included comprehensive upgrades to building systems, modern finishes, and a fully reconfigured interior layout tailored to the operational needs of a premier live music destination.
