Oxeland Group completed the build-out of Cassis at 333 N. Water Street, a French-inspired restaurant concept from Kyle and Meghan, the team behind Birch. The project transformed a raw retail suite into an elegant, café-style dining environment featuring custom millwork, refined finishes, and an efficient, high-performance kitchen. Oxeland Group managed all aspects of construction, coordination, and delivery, helping bring the vision to life and establishing Cassis as a warm, elevated addition to the Third Ward’s culinary scene.
