Oxeland Group was excited to help bring Oakberry Acai to the Bay View community with the build-out of their new café in the KinetiK building. We transformed a small 890 sq. ft. space into a bright, welcoming spot that reflects Oakberry’s clean, energetic vibe—complete with custom millwork, a polished service counter, and cozy seating for guests grabbing a bowl or hanging out with friends. This project was all about creating a fun, inviting place for neighbors, and we’re proud to help introduce a fresh, health-focused option to one of Milwaukee’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
