We were proud to provide full construction management services for the build-out of Lupi & Iris, an upscale Mediterranean-inspired restaurant located at the base of the 7Seventy7 building in downtown Milwaukee. This signature project brought together world-class culinary vision and refined architectural detail to create one of the city’s most celebrated dining destinations.
Our role included overseeing all phases of construction—from preconstruction planning and trade coordination to on-site supervision and closeout. Working closely with the owner, design team, and specialty contractors, we helped deliver a complex hospitality space with custom finishes, high-performance kitchen systems, and an elevated guest experience.
The project required thoughtful management of downtown logistics, adherence to a fast-paced schedule, and meticulous attention to quality.
