Our team delivered a high-quality outpatient medical facility for Eye Care Specialists. The project involved the adaptive reuse of a former restaurant and pie-baking facility, which we thoughtfully transformed into a modern, 13,500-square-foot clinic space. The scope included preserving the existing shell and core structure of the baking facility while adding approximately 8,800 square feet of new construction to accommodate exam rooms, diagnostics and support services. Key structural upgrades included the installation of HSS steel columns embedded within the existing wall to support the new main-entry canopy. The result is a contemporary, efficient clinical environment that retains character and supports the client’s mission of delivering advanced eye-care services in the region.
