We proudly served as the construction manager for the interior build-out and finish trades package at 7Seventy7, a premier 35-story luxury residential tower located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Developed by Northwestern Mutual, this landmark project helped redefine urban living in the city, featuring over 300 luxury apartment units, resort-style amenities, and street-level retail space.
Our team was responsible for managing the interior construction scope, including coordination of finish trades, scheduling, quality control, and project execution through final completion. Working within an active high-rise construction environment required close collaboration with ownership, design teams, and trade partners to ensure the project’s interior spaces met the highest standards for craftsmanship, schedule performance, and design intent.
The tower features premium resident amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop terrace, club lounge, indoor parking, and panoramic views of the Milwaukee skyline and Lake Michigan. The project also incorporated modern building systems and sustainable design elements to support long-term operational performance and resident comfort.
