Chris has more than 28 years of experience within the construction industry. His architectural background and management expertise make him a very knowledgeable, organized and efficient Project Manager. His work ethic and attention to detail has helped him establish strong relationships and repeat clients. Over a 15 year period, Chris successfully oversaw 12 different projects at Milwaukee County’s General Mitchell International Airport, including the Checked Baggage In-Line Screening Project and the recently completed Camera Surveillance Upgrade. In addition, Chris has been involved with high profile projects, including the 7Seventy7 Northwestern Mutual apartment tower in Milwaukee. Chris’ project experience, problem solving skills, communication style, dedication to details and exceptional accuracy are the foundation of his success.

Rich has more than 24 years of experience in within the construction industry. With expertise in all aspects of construction operations, his skill set includes pre-construction planning, risk assessment, contract administration and buyout through commissioning. Rich excels at streamlining construction operations to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion. He is an experienced Project Manager and is adept at effectively managing multiple projects at multiple sites concurrently. Rich possesses in-depth technical knowledge and handles change with ease, remaining calm under pressure. Rich has been involved with many high profile projects in the Milwaukee area, including the 7Seventy7 Northwestern Mutual apartment tower, Ascent luxury residences and Easton luxury apartments. Rich is reliable and responsible, and strives to ensure client service and satisfaction.

Joe Gitter, Superintendent / Project Manager
Joe Gitter is the superintendent / project manager of OXELAND. Joe began a residential and commercial construction career over three decades ago. When the economy slowed, he shifted to manufacturing full time yet stayed in the building industry never letting his toolbelt sit idle. With training in safety, operations management, and project management, Joe brings a variety of skill sets.
Always hands on, Joe brings his experience as well as ability to work across multiple functional workgroups as either leader or team member. He has the core values to manage projects with mutual respect and professionalism. A Lean Enterprise environment with safety and continuous improvement at the core is where Joe has spent the majority of his working life. Joe stays focused on the client while working collaboratively with everyone involved in a project.
